Available for all power customers whose monthly demand is in excess of 1000 kilowatts per month. Customer Charge $200.00 per month

Minimum Bill = Customer charge plus distribution demand charge

DEMAND CHARGE: $7.00 per kW of on-peak billed demand

ENERGY CHARGE: ON-PEAK: $0.0325 per kWh plus PCAC

OFF-PEAK: $0.0230 per kWh plus PCAC

Primary Metering Discount: 2.00 % discount on the monthly energy charge,  distribution demand charge and demand charge.

Transformer Ownership Discount: $0.25 per kW  distribution demand.

ON PEAK PERIOD - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

PCAC = Power Cost Adjustment Clause

All metered rates shall be subject to a positive or negative power cost adjustment charge equivalent to the amount by which the current cost of power (per kilowatt-hour of sales) is greater or lesser than the base cost of power purchased (per kilowatt-hour of sales).

GENERAL UTILITY SERVICE RULES

1. All Electric, Water and Sewer bills for services are rendered monthly.

2. A charge of 1 % per month will be added to bills not paid within 20 days from date of issuance. The late payment charge shall be applied to the total unpaid balance for utility service, including unpaid payment charges. Utility will not waive any properly applied late payment charges.

3. Date on check is not sufficient proof that payment was received by due date.

4. Failure to receive a bill in no way exempts customers from the provisions of these rules.

5. Customers whose services are disconnected because of non payment of bills when due, shall be required to pay a charge of $30.00, before service will be restored during regular hours. If after regular hours, emergency only, a charge of $40.00 will apply.

6. Where water service is temporarily disconnected under request of a customer there shall be a charge of $35.00 for reinstallation of meter, plus a $30.00 charge for valve turned on at curb stop during normal business hours. The after normal business hours, emergency only, charges are $45.00 for reinstallation of meter and $40.00 for valve turned on at curb stop.

7. Insufficient Fund Charge: A $10.00 charge will be applied to the customer's account when a check rendered for utility service is returned for insufficient funds. This charge may not be in addition to, but may be inclusive of, the water utility's insufficient fund charge when the check was for payment of both electric and water service.
