      For local subscribers with Charter Cable TV and a TV with a analog tuner its channel 96. For people with Charter Cable TV in our Public Affairs Neighborhood and the Charter Cable box its channel 993. If you have Charter Cable TV in our Public Affairs Neighborhood and a TV with a QAM tuner its channel 993-1. If you are unsure if you have a TV with a QAM tuner look in your TVs owners manual under specifications.

      The communities in our Public Affairs Neighborhood in 2009 included Delavan, Elkhorn, Fort Atkinson, Helenville, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, Oconomowoc, Palmyra, Sullivan, Waterloo, Watertown & Whitewater.
