CITY OF LAKE MILLS, WISCONSIN

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE MILLS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 10-5-2 and 10-5-6, the official zoning ordinance and map of the City of Lake Mills are hereby amended to zone the following described property as R-3, Multi-Family, High Density, Residential District.

Property Location: 510 Owen Street.

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
