BUILDING BULK LIMITATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE MILLS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WISCONSIN, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10-6-2-3-E-3 of the City of Lake Mills Municipal Code is repealed and recreated as follows:
10-6-2-3: R-3 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT:
E. Building Bulk Limitations:
3. Accessory Uses: In the R-3 District, the floor area ratio of the accessory buildings shall be included in the total allowable floor area permitted on the zoning lot, as specified for the principal uses in subsections E.1 and E.2 above. However, any floor area devoted to off-street parking or loading facilities, regardless of whether the off-street parking or loading facilities are in a separate, detached accessory structure or in a garage attached to the principal structure, shall be exempt from floor area ratio requirements.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
