MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Lake Mills Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in the City of Lake Mills by working cooperatively with the public to enforce the law, preserve the peace, reduce the fear of crime, and provide a safe environment for all citizens.

VISION STATEMENT

In the future we seek to provide progress toward our department's mission by forming a partnership with our community. We shall strive for a public perception that views police as trusted leaders in the community. Central to this mission are the values that guide our work.
