The mission of the Lake Mills Fire Department is to provide high quality, progressive, professional service which will reduce human suffering and economic loss to the community from persons injured or loss of property.
The goal of the Lake Mills Fire Department is to develop and maintain a public service, ensuring that uniform high quality professional services are available to all citizens in the Lake Mills Fire District.
The Lake Mills Fire Department will achieve these goals by providing quality services while maintaining fiscal responsibility to the community, actively working with mutual aid departments and through aggressive educational and operational programs
