WEED NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to every person who owns, occupies or controls lands in the City of Lake Mills, Jefferson County, State of Wisconsin, to destroy all noxious weeds on all lands that he shall own, occupy or control. Noxious weeds include Canada thistle, leafy spurge, field bindweed (Creeping Jenny), and all other weeds and grasses including but not limited to thistles, ragweed, garlic mustard, purple loosestrife, poison ivy, burdock, quackgrass and nettles, controlled by Chapter 271 of the Lake Mills Municipal Code and § 66.0407, Wis. Stats.
Failure to comply with this Notice may result in the issuing of a Notice of Violation. The municipality may then complete the work at the expense of the property owner in violation.
